Аннотация: Climate change is one of the most frequent topics in all countries. Because of its negative impact on water resources' quality and quantity, this threat is going to provoke problems that are harder to deal with, especially in food security and immigration, in addition to conflicts that represent challenges not only for southern countries, but which also propagate to northern countries. North Africa is ranked between the poorest countries in water resources and this urges us to think together about figuring out optimal solutions for this threat, and that is why we chose Algeria. It occupies an area of 2.381.741 million km? and is known for climate diversity where the major part is desert (87%), and the northern part has a Mediterranean climate, the southern part of Sahara is almost completely dry, and because there is vulnerability in the water field, a cooperation following the path of sustainable development is necessary. It is imperative not to forget that the environmental dimension of climate change has managed to draw the attention, and the problem of global civilization may consider water as a peace generator!
