Аннотация: This book is trying to investigate the developments in economic development, economic growth, and economic policies in the Egyptian economy between the revolution of 1952, which transferred the Egyptian Kingdom to a Republic, and the revolution of 2011, which entered the economy into a new era. The main purpose of this book is helping in understanding how economic conditions and economic policies resulted in the revolution of the Egyptians in 2011. First chapter is introduction of the economic conditions between 1952 and 1967. The second chapter discusses the period from the War of 1967 to the Open-Door policy, which started in 1974. Economic growth, economic structure, and development policy explained in chapter three. Chapter four is about the external sector gap and the trade policy. Furthermore, chapter five is analyzing the public finance and the management of fiscal policy. However, chapter six is discussing the financial sector and the conducting of monetary policy. Finally, chapter seven concludes the ides in this book.
