      Аннотация: An Assessment of Trace Elements in Surface and Ground Water Quality in the Ebocha-Obrikom Oil and Gas Producing Area of Rivers State, Nigeria addresses the yawning gaps that have undermined most water quality fighting efforts in Nigeria with a particular focus on Niger Delta Region. Based on the author’s field experience, the book offers alternative framework for addressing water quality in Niger Delta Region of Nigeria. This will add to the numerous efforts of government towards sustaining policies that will ensure water quality standard, water security, protection of built environment etc. This are part of the milestones to be achieved in actualizing poverty alleviation and re-creating wealth and economic prosperity for all Nigerians as envisioned in the “Sustainable Development Goals” (MDGs) and “Vision 20: 2030”.
