      Аннотация: Information and communication technology (ICT) has influenced digitization of entire world that has a game-changing influence on all the urban and rural sectors of a country. Basic features of world digitization are in increase of its underlying forces and intricacy. ICT and digital inclusion in these governmental services has opened the doors for further development and proved as game-changing factor.
