The use of pragmatics in Indian scenario.

      Аннотация: Communication is very crucial for the professional students for employability and career development. They should have the ability to use English in context of present day effectively? and scholarly to get better job opportunities in India and outside India. In India,all professional institutions? cater to the needs of both urban and rural students?.Urban students manage to complete their studies whereas, the rural students find it difficult to complete their studies for they are unable to produce sentence on their own in English. Since the medium of instruction in all these institutions? is English, their understanding? capacity of various subjects lectured in classroom is very poor. Due to this, the students lose their interest in subjects and score poor marks. This book is written to help such students to get exposure to the usage of day today English. This will help them build their confidence to compete with other students. The author Dr. Latha vasudevan holds a doctorate in English Language Teaching from Anna University, Chennai-25.She served as Asst.
