      Аннотация: All Credit to my Saviour Jesus Christ, my God, father who formed me in my mother's womb & gifted me as writer. Appreciate my loving wife, Peris Sogoti for her love, support in publication and managing her household with excellence. No doubt for she remains a wife of a noble character and surpasses all other women (Proverbs 31). She has proved to be an excellent Woman Manager in handling all her tasks including that of the home. I salute our lovely children Enoch Toroitich, Abigail Jerop and Elisha Tuitoek for according me time to write. I dedicate this book to my mother, my wife and children. I most sincerely thank my late mother Targok Kipkelwon for her parental love even the absence of my late dad, upbringing, taking me to school and teaching his children high moral values but not through the cane but obedience and integrity. She was the best Woman Manager I came across. She lived a life of high integrity, advocated for human rights, a darling of little children who knew she never traveled without a sweet or fruit in her bag. Thank my DRC men colleagues who thrilled me for not missing duty despite hurt by their women after leaving work late at night! Hence this research born!
