Аннотация: This book is based on research conducted to determine the association of prolong sitting with common musculoskeletal disorders among private and public sector bankers of Karachi, Pakistan. Another objective of this study is to compare ergonomic workstation design among private and public sector bankers. This study also compared the most common region of body affected from work related musculoskeletal disorders due to bad ergonomics or other risk factors. A descriptive surveyed based approach is employed for data collection. The data is collected using self-administered questionnaire. The gathered data is analyzed through the various statistical features of SPSS. The results of the study shows that there is comparable knowledge and awareness between private and public sector bankers. However, they still need knowledge of ergonomics and their body posture while working at the workstation to prevent WRMSD.
