Аннотация: Dependency on cloud data storage services in various capacities is rapidly growing, such as eGovernment, telecommunications and media across the world. For instance, a qualitative digital media format requires a huge amount of storage mechanisms in order have a smooth running of their services. Moving personal data to cloud storage service has its own benefit and drawbacks. For individuals and businesses, it provides them with cost savings and also ease internal operations, since investments in their servers as well as maintenance is no longer an issue. The most interesting thing with cloud storage services is scalability functionality. However, hardware and software upgrades and any other technical support are not clients’ responsibilities. Despite the stated features, clients are tempting about transferring their personal data to cloud especially the sensitive ones. The primary aims of this work is to address privacy and accountability breaches and also provide a comprehensive privacy and accountability framework for the processing of personal data when shifted into cloud environment.
