Employees’ Perception towards Corporate Governance. An Egyptian Perspective

      Аннотация: This text is an authoritative guide to the frameworks of Corporate Governance, it investigates employees’ perception towards corporate governance in the Egyptian context. The book is divided into three clear parts that firstly outline the principles and importance of Corporate Governance and discuss employees’ perception towards it as this part explains what perception is, factors that influence perception and employees’ importance in Corporate Governance.
