Development of 21st Century Skills for the Digital Economy in Malaysia.

      Аннотация: The Malaysian Education System is continuously being reformed to improve and create the ecosystem conducive for effective Teaching and Learning (T&L) of 21st century skills to improve graduate employability. This study provides a preliminary set of emerging challenges in the T&L of 21st century skills leading to the need for understanding modern learners, the instructional design, modern learning environments and ways in which industries can be involved in the T&L process especially in Higher Learning. I hope this initial study provides valuable insights into sharing the responsibility as citizens in building Malaysia's Digital Economy.
