Аннотация: Carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) is one of the widely-used material today as a result of its major advantage good strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, easy transportation, Fire Resistance, lower maintenance and installation create them a useful material.Efforts are made to develop near net shape producing for CFRP products, however in many applications machining becomes imperative to finish the assembly process. Therefore, for joining and assembling, secondary process drilling of composites is often unavoidable. In this book, optimize drilling process was completed on CNC machine.The parameters taken into consideration for the drilling investigation are spindle speed, feed rate and helix angle of drilling equipment.To make sure quality of machined products at minimum machining costs, minimum drilling defects (delamination) and maximum drilling effectiveness, it is very important to select optimum parameters cutting machine tools are utilized.Methodologies in optimization such as Genetic Algorithm,Simulated Annealing, and Particle Swarm Optimization are applied to optimize drilling parameters while drilling of CFRP.
