      Аннотация: Today, technology affects every single aspect of modern society. There is no discipline or an industry out there that has not been affected by the technology. Specifically, whether we are talking about transportation, communication, security, banking or healthcare, they all rely on technology in one way or another. For this reason, this book, “Health Care Transformation and the Promise of Mobile Health (m-Health)” is very timely in our community.Technological breakthroughs are revolutionizing the way healthcare is being delivered. Modern technology has changed the structure and organization of the entire nursing field. And this book is designed to provide a brief introduction to the potential of m-Health in healthcare transformation. To achieve an increase in the coverage of health care to the distant, rural, small or sparsely populated region and cost reduction, mobile health technologies have the potential not only to reduce costs of care, but also to improve access to care, facilitate patient-provider communications, and remove unnecessary barriers.
