An assessment of the role of information and communication technology.

      Аннотация: Offering an innovative, a unique and latest approach, this book introduces students and employee to issues in Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) from a global and South Africa perspectives. It guides students and employee through themes in ICT including strategy, communication, governance and regulation. It provides a discussion on the uses of ICT, employee challenges in utilising ICT, and ICT potential to create opportunity.
