Cognitive Architectures and Swarm Intelligence.

      Аннотация: This book is about research in the areas like Cognitive Architecture and Swarm Intelligence. It also investigates the concept of swarm and ambient intelligence considering the metrics such as motivation, coordination, behavior and performance. In the newly developed Swarm Ambient Cognitive Architecture, the agent’s behavior is analyzed based on the competition for the task and the survival of the swarm agents in the environment. Different metrics are used to analyze the behavior of the swarm agents. The major metrics are performance with respect to competition, level of motivation and social interaction with each other and with the environment. Silent Features: (1)To develop a cognitive architecture which demonstrates a broad range of cognitive issues such as decision making, learning, problem solving, planning, and reasoning, capability to act using the concepts of swarm and ambient intelligence. (2) To investigate the behavior of swarm intelligent agents in ambient environment with respect to motivation, coordination and performance. (3) To check how performance varies with proper motivation and coordination.
