Аннотация: The book is a concise compilation of three major studies carried out by the researcher. The first study reports the development and construction of a 15-item job frustration scale. The scale was developed to measure employees’ perception of job frustration in the banking industry in Nigeria. Results indicate an adequate internal consistency (? = .97). The second study investigated Leadership style and organizational Culture as Predictors of Unethical Work Behaviour among Employees in Corporation Organization. Results indicated that organizational culture had a significant relationship with unethical work behaviour (r(274) = .15;p,0.05). Lastly, leadership style and organizational culture jointly predicted unethical work behaviour among employees. [F (2, 273) =3.65, p<0.05]. The third study looked at the influence of Perceived racial & gender discrimination on psychological well being. The result showed that racial discrimination and gender discrimination jointly influence psychological well-being implying that both racial and gender discrimination has an impact and could affect the state of well-being at the individual respective state of life.
