Аннотация: Through animation with wine which correlates with a wide range of selective forms of tourism a proactive dimension is received and it results in a “new” tourist experience, enriched with new tourist content in the form of the unforgettable tourist experience. The introduction of an element of wine supply into any selective form of tourism, at least as a tasting, accompanied by wine animation, can only lead to the creation of a pleasant atmosphere for socializing and spontaneous interpersonal communication, which is of particular importance for the highest level of satisfaction of tourists, which is understood as the enthusiasm of tourists and overcoming their expectations (customer delight). At the same time, it is the most important task of not only animators, as professional experts at the academic level, but also of the management and employees of every tourist organization and destination.
