Аннотация: The monograph contains a new theory of the dependency between fundamental mechanics and electrodynamics with quantum theory, which is based on the principles of cause-effect relationship and explains the mechanism of events, rather than their probability, as it is customary in quantum mechanics. The objectives of the research are “The planetary model of the atom” proposed by the great scientist E. Rutherford and “The model of the atom” proposed by N. Bohr. Based on the research outcomes, the deterministic methodology of interrelation of mechanics and energy quantization was developed. Moreover, the new parameters of the hydrogen’s atom is defined, which includes new values of the radius of the orbit and the total energy of elections in the atom’s structure and the radius of other chemical elements. The comparison and illustration of the results obtained, in accordance with both methods by N. Bohr and by B. Tursunbaev, is provided in the Appendix part of 1. Appendix 2 shows the atomic radii of the Periodic Table of the Elements.
