Аннотация: Child Rights programs contribute to the children learning and confidence building at schools. This study has been conducted in District Peshawar to assess level of awareness among secondary school teachers and their perception regarding Child Rights. To know the commonly violated Child Rights in secondary schools of District Peshawar. Ten Schools were randomly selected for study, 250 Students, 130 Teachers, 10 Principals and 10 Vice Principals were examined to record their preferences about Child Rights at School levels. The responses were confirmed on independent sample t tests. An analysis of the group means indicate that male teachers has significantly less level of awareness on the Child Rights (CRA) than female teachers. An analysis of the group means indicate that female teachers have statistically significantly less level of awareness on the Child Rights violation (CRV) than male teachers. An analysis of the group means indicate that male has the same opinion regarding questions raised on variable Child Rights and relationship with student performance (CRaSP).
