An Investigation of the Effects of Procurement Methods.

      Аннотация: An investigation of the effects of procurement methods on project delivery in the Zambian Road Sector revealed the vitality of Research in establishing the actual cause and effects of unknown happenings in a complex industry like Road Construction. In that regard, reviewed literature that ranged from, procurement guidelines, procurement methods, release of projects, presence of a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) revealed that release of project funds was one of the Major factors that affected project delivery in the Zambian Road Sector among many factors. Exploring through this investigative research book gives an in-depth understanding of the inter-play between procurement methods and project delivery of construction projects. Therefore, scholars and Project Managers are likely to draw lessons from a wide range of cases that are discussed herein and avail them an opportunity to make informed decisions on how to plan and provide enabling environment for construction projects to thrive with little or no bottle necks..
