TIPS for Successful Teachers of Special Education. An Inside Story of Special Education Teachers

      Аннотация: 10% of world population approximately are disabled. Special children are a part of our society. It is very important that such a large part of society can not be ignored and neglected. Every child has enormous potential for growth and development. So a disabled child also can contribute for him and society and can be a self-supporting, socially competent member of society. The ability of special children depends on the training and support which they receive from teachers. Moral of special teachers should be high enough for successful teaching. The physical and emotional demands of the job cause teachers to leave the job. Thus there is a chronicle shortage of special school teachers. The lack of qualified special education teachers threatens the quality of education which the students with disability receive. This project is basically aimed to understand the key problems and level of stress among special education teachers. For this, different special schools were surveyed and data were collected with the help of appropriate tools. On the basis of this analysis, suggestive measures recommended with the aim to improve the standard of special education.
