      Аннотация: Minimal Invasive Dentistry or Micro dentistry is to conserve healthy tooth structure. Focuses on majorly three areas prevention, remineralization and minimal intervention by the dentist. With the advances in science minimally invasive dentistry allows dentists to perform the least amount of dentistry needed while never removing more of the tooth structure that is required to restore teeth to their normal condition.Chemomechanical caries removal (CMCR) is a minimally invasive technique of eliminating infected dentin using specific chemical agents and hand instruments. This technique can be used in outreach programs and as well can be integrated in modern dental practice.CMCR based on the concept of chemical dissolution. It is predominantly indicated to overcome the use of burs and local anesthesia, causing less discomfort to patients, preserving healthy dentin structure, and avoiding pulpal irritation, thereby in accordance by the concept of minimal intervention dentistry. The chemomechanical technique is the only method that is selective in caries dentin removal.
