Rejuvenation of Shirpur City. Smart Way of Planning

      Аннотация: The concept of rejuvenation of city enhance the life quality of citizen and it has been gaining increasing importance in the agendas of policy makers which Making a city “smart” is emerging as a strategy to minimize the problems generated by the urban population growth and rapid urbanization We believe that many of the methods that we will develop will be based on nations about how groups compete and co-operate and we consider that the sort of infrastructure, expertise and data that will characterize the smart city will enable equity to be easily established and such cities to improve the quality of urban life. Based on the exploration of a wide and extensive planning of literature from various disciplinary areas, we identify critical factors of smart city initiatives management and organization, technology, governance, policy context, people and communities, economy, built infrastructure, and natural environment. Smart Cities will utilize analytic to give efficient solutions which would result in energy saving cost upto 30% This will build sustainable and live able cities.In this report the modeling and bench marking approaches are systematically compared.
