Аннотация: BiFeO3 and Bi0.9Gd0.1Fe1-xTixO3 (x = 0.00, 0.01, 0.05 and 0.1) samples were synthesized and their structural, dielectric and magnetic properties were investigated. Gd-doping greatly reduced the amount of impurity phase in comparison to the undoped BiFeO3 sample, and further doping with Ti resulted in the removal of the Bi2Fe4O9 impurity phase.Dielectric constant and dielectric loss reduces with increasing in Ti as compared to that of undoped BiFeO3. An enhancement in ferroelectric property remnant polarization (Pr) with increasing in Ti concentration was also observed. An increase in the saturation and remnant magnetization with increasing dopant concentration was observed in as compared to that of the undoped BiFeO3 sample.
