      Аннотация: Every profession demands professional development to make the professionals relevant and functional in the profession. Teaching is no exception of this, teachers are the greatest assets of any education system. The quality of education can not be greater than the quality of the teachers, teachers need to be regularly updated through various effective in service professional development that can make them professional and functional as builders of nation, education is the wheel for any significant development. Sub-Saharan teachers demand relevant and regular professional development activities just like their counter-parts in the developed countries.
