Аннотация: Intrapreneurship is currently a concept widely used by the largest companies that its practice or encourage to increase their creativity and to promote alternative innovations that can compete. This concept refers to an entrepreneurial culture disseminated internally for the sake of efficiency; this culture breaks with traditional and pyramidal practices where autonomy takes on meaning and efficiency, as it is a process that occurs within an existing company or organization, which does not only lead to new businesses, but also to other activities and innovative directions, such as the development of new strategies, new plans, products, services, technologies, administrative techniques and competitive tasks. This intrapreneurship refers to an individual, collective and organizational capacity to encourage and support initiatives at all levels in a company; it envisions a new unity between human resources who agree with their leader to create a successful organizational structure, with the aim of developing a specific project, and then disseminate it to other units or levels of the company.
