Administrative Reform in Lebanon: The Perspective of Sound Governance.

      Аннотация: The books aims at recognizing the process of administrative reform as well as the phenomenon of corruption in Lebanon and their effects on the Lebanese administration. It also aims to connect reform and corruption in an attempt at controlling this phenomenon. The book has reached a number of conclusions, the most of which are that the process of reform has to take place through a mechanism or a strategy which is based on the reality of the Lebanese administrative problems, as corruption, in addition to the fact that corruption will only become more severe and widespread to affect the whole structure of the Lebanese administration and society, if not addressed within the Lebanese administrative sy In light of the outcomes that the book has reached, the researcher has presented a set of recommendations, the most significant of which is the necessity of establishing a modern Lebanese administration, regaining trust between the citizen and the administration, as well as the necessity of applying the principles of sound governance in the roles and functions of the public administration as a real introduction to the elimination of corruption in its different forms.
