Аннотация: Human resource is one of the major factor to determine the achievement of long term and short-term goal of the organization. Employees of organizations are the most effective index in the superiority of one organization than another one. Loyalty and commitment of employees are very important to the organization. Because, it leads to increase performance, efficiency and effectiveness in an organization. Organizational commitment is the strength of the attachment an employee feels towards an organization and measured by the degree to which an individual is ready to adopt organizational values and goals. One of the effective factors on organizational commitment is persons’ personality traits. In fact, the employees don’t have the same personality features. An employee may be taciturn and another may be talkative or active in verbal interactions. Therefore, the personality differences will have effective on behavior and performance of all employees. This book provide vast knowledge about personality traits and organizational commitment of employees with the past research point.
