      Аннотация: This book is intended to create awareness about political volatility, integrity of elected representatives in utilizing public revenues for the development of needy community. Especially young adults must review the current stock of public revenue utilization and active participation in parliament and legislature debates of their representatives for the welfare of regions; effective utilization of available resources to reduce exploitation. In this direction political party’s role is vital; because most of the young educated generation is ready to take risk in supporting their beloved leader and trust his vision in creating more employment opportunities through rural entrepreneurship as well as SME’s is one of the cornered area. Policy maker’s evaluation on unproductive expenditure is vital factor; new political outfit must compare all the possible alternatives with minimum clause to implement social welfare policies to needy community and smooth sailing of civic bodies and government. Key objective of this book is shed light on mis-appropriation of allocated expenditure.
