      Аннотация: Present work intends to bring out the importance of the Human Rights attributed to differently abled. The book starts with the background of Human Rights granted by United Nations in 1948. The book mentions the definitions, problems of differently abled. Different rights civil, political, social, education and employment have been described by the author in this book in a lengthy manner. The book has throws light on the rights of differently abled women. The book has dealt with the judgments pronounced by Supreme Court and High Courts.
