Internal Environmental Challenges of Human Resource Management.

      Аннотация: In the midst of all the resources available to any named organization be it public or private, the human resource is the most active agent, most strategic and pivotal for the simple purpose of achievement of predetermined vision and mission. This work is titled, Internal Environmental Challenges of Human Resource Management. It is said: justice must not only be done, but seen to have been done. It is also said: justice delayed is justice denied; both the doing and quieting are done by human beings (resources). Human Resource Management (HRM) is the term used to describe formal systems devised for the management of people within an organization. The work contains unique and invaluable source of conceptual, theoretical and empirical clarifications with the Customary Court of Appeal Awka, Anambra State Nigeria example. The author integrates new discussions of recent thinking in the area such as issue based on the internal challenges of workers, theory to be adopted in solving organizational environmental challenges depending on the situation on ground.
