Аннотация: In this Book, Losartan Potassium Hydrogel was prepared by co-polymerization method using Potassium persulfate as a catalyst , Ascorbic Acid as a catalyst , Distilled Water as a vehicle , N-N Methylene bis acrylamide as cross linker , Acrylic Acid as a homopolymer , Acrylamide as a homopolymer drug solution contain Losartan Potassium as a antihypertensive The HPLC study was performed for Losartan Potassium in Triethylamine: Acetonitrile (60:40 v/v) which exhibited retention time 5.23 min. The appearance study was found to be colorless liquid solution at various days that indicates stability of solution. The density, viscosity, pH, drug content were found to be in the standard ranges only. It will be guide for researcher in Hydrogel formulation.
