      Аннотация: The issue of Domestic Workers in various countries is endless. This issue of the rights and obligations of domestic workers is still not clear because there is no specific regulation that regulates the domestic worker. This book is written based on the facts which exist in the field of domestic workers in various countries by comparing with the existing regulations in each country. This pattern of comparison between das sein and das sollen will reveal what are the problems that make the protection of domestic workers in various countries not yet achieved well. The authors hope this book can be a reference for the government and all concerned to achieve the protection and achievement of the welfare of domestic workers throughout the country. Legal certainty for domestic workers is the main purpose of this book.
