Аннотация: The importance of human relations in the organization cannot be overemphasized. it is to enhance organizational performance through its most valued asset; the human resource. In order for the organization to achieve performance, its strategic goals must be achieved. This piece of work investigated the relevance of human relations in assisting an organization to achieve its strategic goals. The study identified and analyzed human relations in the selected organization, examined the challenges facing the organization in the achievement of its strategic goals. Finally, it ascertained whether human relations really made an impact on employees’ performance and productivity. The study reviewed literature in relation to the concepts of human relations vis-a-vis organizational strategic objectives. The general findings confirmed that human relations are very relevant and crucial in achieving organizational strategic goals. Recommendations made included the development of policies and procedures that would promote effective human relations through the employment of a solid communication framework.
