Аннотация: The intense business competition in the most different sectors, forces the dynamization of the organizational structures of the economic agents to deal with the degree of unpredictability in the markets. Due to the complexity of the management of the innovation process, there is no rule that only allows to follow and obtain the expected results, considering the resources, technologies, scale, nature and degree of novelty is necessary. Not only the exogenous forces matter, but the endogenous forces of the organizational environment are relevant, innovative organizational development and the structures for organizational innovation should focus on fostering organizational culture. Although the entrepreneurial trajectory has built a stable and complex cultural structure, the experiences of individuals, especially leaders, allow change in this culture. The culture of innovation is to motivate people to develop and implement new ideas to achieve planned outcomes within a context of change, as well as being an element of organizational culture that is much broader and more complex.
