      Аннотация: As the old generation of Chinese and their leaders Mao Zedong and Premier Zhou Enlai are connected with character of friendship and elevating African countries from political and economic upheavals,China's shift from ideology driven foreign policy to authoritarian capitalism after reforms and opening up then going out in 1999 have resulted to rise of thousands of Chinese enterprises and nationals chasing fortunes in various countries within Africa with some successes and distressing trends.Therefore the book analyzes Chinese strategies to secure and protect acquired economic opportunities in Zambia and Tanzania and the misplays evolve such as Chinese Confucianism crushes with pluralism democracies,use of backdoor channels to secure deals, mono-party China’s party to party outreach in frail multi-party democracies,maltreatment of PR and Beijing loosening control of overseas Chinese that have distorted China’s image and turn into battle field for pluralized and populism politics.It also shows the state of investments regulatory and check institutions and uncertainties of China-Africa relationships due to disregards of rules hence terminations and reneges of Chinese acquired deals
