Аннотация: I believe this book will appeal to academics and students with an interest in qualitative mixed methodologies on leadership development of school leaders. I expect that this text would become a key text for school leadership research methods courses; in particular courses that specialise in qualitative mixed multiple case studies methodologies of leadership development. I strongly feel the book will have particular appeal as it will address complex leadership development models but will be written in an accessible way using different research methods. The book will appeal to academics and students across Africa, UK, Europe and the US, having contributors from across both continents. It is also likely to be a recommended library purchase in all institutions teaching qualitative mixed research methods of leadership development. The book will enable readers to understand how leadership development programmes can be used to support school effectiveness, the sorts of challenges schools or educational system may face when applying leadership and management development programmes into future methodologies.
