Аннотация: Administration is a comprehensive effort to guide, direct and integrate associating human striving which are basically focused towards some specific aims or ends. Educational Administration enables the right students to receive the right education from the right and well qualified teachers.It is also absolutely necessary to evolve an efficient system of educational administration in the schools as billions of children being the educated persons, as billions of teachers working in them and also as huge sums of money being spent. Considering the advantages and disadvantages of the present or contemporary day school administration, this book is written with the proposals to improve the administration of the educational institutions. This will also serve the needs of the policy makers, various educational administrators, teachers and other personnel. This book is designed to serve as a supportive and reliable handbook for the In-Service teachers and this book fully covers the B.Ed syllabi of educational administration prescribed by various universities (Especially Sardar Patel University).
