Аннотация: Political hacking, neuromarketing, misuse of social media, and pervasive surveillance are critical issues of contemporary social order. Gaming Cultural Atonement addresses these issues in an unprecedented way—video game design. Psychecology video games (PEGs) can be designed as dream analogs and used as research instruments to probe the cognitive unconscious. Based on the physics of quantum neurobiology and quantum dream structure, the book establishes a correlation between PEGs and the mediated Dreamscape. The significance of such a correlation is that it allows for tracking and healing of unconscious quantum-cognitive patterns in the collective human Psyche. A direct correlation exists between Compensation as defined by the Jungian Amplification Method of dream analysis and Coherence as defined by heart rate variability. Coherent cognitive states equate with healing, and “The dream speaks in images, and gives expression to [unconscious] instincts.” (Jung, Carl, 1933, p. 26) Therefore, like dream images, game images can be designed to heal, and healing can be applied to the cultural unconscious with coherent, mediated biofeedback to resolve critical problems in a mediated age.
