      Аннотация: Emotional intelligence (EI), Creativity and Teacher Effectiveness of Primary School Teachers have emerged to be crucial components of emotional adjustment, personal well-being, life success, and interpersonal relationship, innovative, and competency in the scenario of teaching in the past decades. This book is the fruit of a wide range of study of the research in the field of EI, Creativity and Teacher Effectiveness in the school context and analyzes its present and future value in teacher education in the Indian educational system. First, the author examines how the variables affect the lives of teachers and make them efficient in their academic career. The author summarizes in his research concerning the relevance of EI, Creativity and Teacher Effectiveness to indicators for their personal growth and ventures successfully. Some recommendations for developing EI, Creativity and Teacher Effectiveness at school and for future educational practices too are indicated.
