Аннотация: Leadership, fear and Change is a practical answer to a real problem. Many use fear or its tools to get results in leader-follower situations. Sometimes they hit but sometimes they miss. So, it has become pertinent to respond to questions like: Is the use of fear a sustainable means to achieve goals during leader-follower exchanges? How long can people endue without rebelling? Is there any remedy to such a problem? Now, this is where this book comes in. It examines the grounds and effects of using fear in leader-follower exchanges. It cuts across situations of some ordinary everyday people in our neighborhoods to some high-ranking professionals. It approaches the subject by employing tools of ‘Interdisciplinary Studies’ including Complexity Science, such as scenario planning and game planning. As part of the solution, the author postulates a theory called “360 Degrees Leadership Model” or Pandimire “where I stand”. He singles out the southern part of Africa and zoom in on Zimbabwe, his home country and society where fear associated with both leading and following is an everyday experience. This study is for people hoping to witness or experience emancipation from leadership fear.
