Employee Outlook. A Research approach to investigate Employees Outlook of selected workforce

      Аннотация: This book will help reader to understand Employee Outlook in the university organizations of Western Maharashtra. It has systematically explained the concept of employee outlook being practiced in day today corporate life and in University. This research book is based on the work carried out in the universities of Western Maharashtra. The opinion of Teaching and Non Teaching respondents were recorded in the findings. The collected data from respondents were systematically tabulated, presented through graphs, and interpreted to draw some meaningful conception. It has also focused on job satisfaction level, job involvement and organization commitment of employees.
