      Аннотация: During recent years, the study of micro organism has provided significant insight about the basics intricacies of the life forms. Many excellent text books and reference works by authors of international repute have come out . However there is lack of concise presentation of knowledge that fulfils the requirement of the curriculum of different universities. This book is based on the syllabus prepared and approved by the universities, it has been essentially written to cater to the needs of undergraduate students. This book is comprises of practical related to the morphological studies of micro organisms using various techniques, preparation of culture media, handling the lab process in aseptic manner, identification and isolation of bacteria and other organism, colony count and standardization of disinfectant and antibiotics samples, following all protocols essential to avoid contamination during the process to maintain the integrity of the technique used.
