      Аннотация: This book provides focus into the land of the country known as Tanzania and how it has been put to use over the years (including conflicts and other encumbrances) and the legal, institutional and social underpinnings of registering property as well as land-use in the context of climate change. It begins with a review of the land and tenure security (in the 1977 Constitution and other instruments) and moves into land policy making and assessment and the major issues and problems in policy applications, land management and land administration. It provides cases of land delivery projects and challenges therein as well as impacts of climate change. It is meant as a guide for investors and students in Tanzania’s land tenure systems.
