      Аннотация: this book is an expository on the Nigerian political situation. it seek to highlight and explained the inherent developmental challenges faced by the Nigeria state. it further opined that elite circulation and Biafra Agitation are a function of underdevelopment,poverty, mismanagement, misapplication of the nation's resources. that the absence of good governance and proactive leadership across the length and breadth of the Nigerian society has given rise to terrorism in the north east, militancy in the south-south and secessionist Agitation led (IPOB) in the south east region of the Nigerian state. Hence, the book has provided solutions to these countless problems via its recommendations to include a sustainable fight against corruption and cronyism in the Nigerian state, it further recommended an all inclusive leadership at all levels of governance and most importantly the political, economic and social restructuring of the Nigerian state within the confines of indivisible, indissoluble and total unity of Nigeria as a nation. hence, every problems of the Nigerian state should be resolve within Nigeria and by Nigerians. .
