Аннотация: The current stage of international integration within the EU framework in the second decade of the 21st century is characterized by already formed uniform borders and a visa and customs regime, but also by a still insufficient economic and socio-political homogeneity among the Member States which have a total population of approximately 450 000 000 inhabitants. The removal of the cross-border and customs control at the internal borders of the Member States has been successfully used by organized crime for spreading of their activities on the territories of several states. All these negative occurrences must be decisively repulsed and require prompt, adequate and coordinated measures of the competent bodies in charge in all Member States against the undermining of order, safety and piece on their territory. The crimes which affect the national, as well as the international lеgal order are crimes with an international element and are considered as having an extremely high level of public danger. In its content, the international police and judicial cooperation includes coordinated actions performed by the Member States on the basis of existent regulations of national or community.
