Аннотация: The education as a good in economics is treated to be in different ways, such are until some grade/class it is delivered at free of cost with the supply motive of free public good for all. meanwhile the education is also termed as a merit good by considering that existence of large positive externalities and promotion of intrinsic benefits. however, at present the education merely become as a great measurement of quantifiable returns only, but there are immaterial/intrinsic benefits of education are more powerful and influences the individuals drive towards more development in terms of entitlements, however possibility of occurring all such wonderful advantages thorough education successful only when every child get access to it. this book focuses on the ongoing reforms in education like school closures/consolidations and their relevance with access to education and how it is inducing economic conditions of families.
