      Аннотация: This book examined policy communication in Adult Literacy and Non-Formal Education in Nigeria since the pre-colonial era to post-independence Nigeria and the shortcomings of each policy and its effectiveness in developing the practice of adult and non-formal education in Nigeria. A quick glance of policy communications in other developing countries like India, South Africa, and Namibia were also examined for comparative analysis. The book traces the trends and issues of development in Adult Literacy and Non-Formal Education since the pre-colonial era to the post-colonial era in Nigeria; as well as developmental trends in adult literacy and non-formal education in China.
