Аннотация: Power plant engineering or power station engineering is a division of power engineering, and is defined as “Large amount of power is generated using prime movers in a site or layout called power plants”. The field is focused on the generation of power for industries and communities. The engineering aspect of power plant management has evolved with technology and has become progressively more complicated. The authors have been encouraged to write this book for the benefit of students of engineering and researchers due to their contribution in power generation covering the syllabi at the international level. This book has been covered fundamental and depth concepts of different types of power plant like Thermal power plant, Gas Turbine power plant, Nuclear power plant, Hydro Electric power plant etc. with more than hundred solved and unsolved problems to understand the concept. In the end the authors will feel obliged for critical and useful suggestions since this book covers the syllabi in the most useful area of Mechanical Engineering and is applicable for all branches of Engineering & technology for all major Universities, as well as at National & international level.
