Аннотация: The book (monograph) “Corruption in the Republic of Macedonia“ by dr. Natasha Georgieva Hadzi Krsteski is a scientific work in which the author reviews and analyzes the corruptive acts that are represented in the Republic of Macedonia. Namely, in this book Dr. Georgieva Hadji Krsteski gives clear definitions and determinations on which are the main corrupt criminal offenses under the Criminal Law of Republic of Macedonia. Moreover, the author addresses the most common corrupt crimes in the state, such as bribery, bribery in elections, fraud, abuse of official duty, and many others. Through scientific analysis of the corruptive acts that are covered by the Criminal Law of Republic of Macedonia, Dr. Georgieva Hadji Krsteski clearly defines what are the shortcomings in relation to this social cancer which our country faces. Detecting money laundery as the largest and one of the most massive corruption offenses, the reader of this text gives the information of what is actually money laundery and how the country faces with this criminal phenomenon. The essence of this book is deep analysis of the Criminal Law of the Republic of Macedonia.
