Аннотация: The economical condition mainly depends upon the agricultural sector while the dairy farms are the supporting business along with agricultural sector. It is better to say that both are mutually correlated. Almost all farmers are directly or indirectly involved in dairy farm business. As a business unit, dairy’s also face number of problems which affects productivity. Milk is a natural product to maintain the natural quality from the collection of milk to final dispatch of milk product, require more precautions at various stages. So it is most important to maintain natural quality of milk, processing, dispatching of milk in proper time. The milk is purchased by the SWASTIK MILK from nearby farmers .It is all rural area where a good quality milk is obtained by new breeds of cows & buffalos. The main aim of the project is the improve the total profit of plant which helps in giving the extra share of profit to the farmers, and also by giving good quality products to the customers. Hence in present work, an effort is being made to enhance the productivity of the dairy farm by using few Industrial engineering tools.
